Can you amend my order once placed?

For security reasons we have to ship to the address on the order requested, we can sometimes cancel orders, but due to the express shipping times required in eCommerce today this is not always possible because the wheels are in motion to get your order out.

Can I amend my details?

We can add details to your order such as phone number, email address and contact details, if you would like us to do this, please get in touch as soon after placing the order as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get all orders sent out the same or very next working day (Mon-Fri) and we ship every order with a Royal Mail 24 Tracking ID, you can use Royal Mails official tracking site to locate your order.

How do I know you received my order?

Very shortly after ordering you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not see this after 5 minutes please check your junk folder and also ensure that the email address is added to your safe list.

Can my order come in discreet packaging?

Yes all orders are shipped in a opaque black or larger orders in a grey postal bag with no reference other than our store details for returns on the front. We do not ship in gift boxes because we are a budget tie store and want to save you money on the postage.

How can I return my order?

Please refer to our returns page for detailed instruction on how to return your order under our 30 day refund policy.

How long will my refund take to process?

Once a refund is processed it typically takes 3-5 days to process back into the account you paid on, this depends on the payment method taken, for example credit cards are usually 5 working days, PayPal express usually takes 3 days to clear.

Has my order been dispatched?

Once we ship your item, typically 1 working day, we will send you an email update, and if you requested a SMS update, we strongly recommend using "Shop Pay" feature to track your order, as it gives the best customer experience.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

All single tie and pocket square, cravat or bow tie orders are designed to fit through the door, bigger orders will require a signature to prevent them getting lost.

Do you have a physical retail shop?

At the moment we exclusively sell online, but don't let that put you off, we have invested heavily in UK storage and all your items are stored in our own warehouse and shipped directly to you from the UK and by our team.
